Built for cross-training, strength work, short runs, and everyday movement, the LONO Flow 2 adds a wider toe box, higher midfoot volume, reinforced sidewalls, and TPU toe protection to the flexible zero-drop feel of the original Flow. A breathable Flow-Knit II upper, enhanced heel lock, and grippy 3mm base + 2mm tread keep it secure under intensity, while the removable 2mm insole lets you choose extra cushion or maximum ground feel.
