Effective date: February 20, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Allways Barefoot LLC ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, discloses, and protects information when you visit or make a purchase from allwaysbarefoot.com (the "Site"), or otherwise interact with us. This policy is intended for the U.S. market.
1) Information We Collect
A. Information you provide to us
We collect information you provide directly, including:
- Contact details: name, email address, phone number (if provided)
- Shipping and billing details: shipping address and billing address
- Order details: items purchased, sizes, quantities, order status, returns/exchanges
- Customer support and communications: messages, emails, support requests, and any information you choose to include
- Marketing preferences: newsletter signups and email preferences
B. Account and sign-in information
If you create an account or sign in, we may collect:
- Account identifiers such as your name and email address
- Authentication-related information needed to support sign-in
We may support sign-in via third-party identity providers (for example, Google sign-in) and/or email-based sign-in links/codes. We do not store your password when you sign in via Google or email-based methods.
C. Payment information
Payments are processed by Square. When you place an order:
- We receive payment status and limited transaction details (for example, payment confirmation, amount, and transaction identifiers).
- We do not store full credit card numbers on our servers. Payment card details are collected and processed by Square or its authorized partners.
D. Information collected automatically (device, browser, and usage data)
When you visit the Site, we automatically collect certain technical and activity information, such as:
- IP address
- Device and browser information (user agent, browser type, operating system, device type)
- Language, platform, and viewport size
- Referrer information, pages visited, and general navigation patterns
- Approximate location inferred from IP (such as city/state level)
E. Journey and attribution tracking (visit-level)
To understand how visitors move through the Site and to improve store performance, we maintain visit-level journey tracking. This may include:
- Page timeline events (enter time, exit time, and time spent per page)
- Interaction events such as add to cart, remove from cart, newsletter signup, and checkout opt-in
- Attribution data when available, such as referrer host, UTM parameters, and click IDs (for example, gclid)
Journey data may be linked to an order after successful payment so we can analyze end-to-end purchase flow and improve the Site and checkout experience.
2) Cookies, Local Storage, and Similar Technologies
We use first-party storage technologies, including cookies and browser local storage, to:
- keep the Site functioning (for example, cart and preferences)
- maintain a temporary visit identifier
- remember journey events between pages
- measure performance and understand marketing attribution
Store-side journey data kept in your browser may remain locally for up to 30 days unless cleared earlier by browser settings or successfully attached to an order after purchase.
You can control cookies and local storage through your browser settings and privacy tools. Note that disabling these technologies may affect Site functionality (for example, your cart may not work properly).
3) Analytics and Advertising
A. Analytics
We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our Site, evaluate performance, and improve the shopping experience. This may involve collecting information such as pages viewed, time on site, device/browser info, and approximate location.
B. Advertising and conversion measurement (Google Ads)
We use Google Ads to advertise our products and measure campaign effectiveness. This may involve:
- measuring visits, purchases, and other actions after ad clicks
- using cookies or similar identifiers to attribute conversions
- using click identifiers such as gclid
Depending on configuration, we may also use privacy-protective conversion measurement features (for example, sending limited, hashed data such as email) to improve attribution accuracy. We use this for measurement and performance purposes.
C. Google Merchant Center
We may use Google Merchant Center to list products and support shopping-related reporting and campaign performance.
