Hard to run with
For the gym they are great, flat like everyone says shoes should be. But running is crazy hard with them. If you don't do it right your feet will hurt.

Running slowly
I take my time running with these, I cannot do the same distance as before. But slowly it's getting easier, I'll keep it up and hope my feet get stronger!
