The HFS II continues the legacy of one of Xero Shoe's most popular running shoes. The upper is soft and expansive, allowing for those with wide feet to utilize their whole foot. The sole stack reaches 9mm (1/3rd inch), leaving a relative amount of cushion but still allowing for ground sensation to reach the foot. Supremely lightweight, each step will feel light and effortless, and their sleek style helps them blend with workout and casual attire alike.

Barack knew exactly what shoe I needed. I didn't know barefoot shoes would work for me. I thought the thin sole was too uncomfortable. But this model is not too thin, it feels closer to a regular shoe, but I still have room for my toes and it doesn't have a heel. Very very satisfied, I can't use my other shoes anymore.
The shoe started to break apart a bit after a few weeks, and I thought it was junk. Alwaysbarefoot replaced the shoe for me without even the slightest fuss, and so far it's been holding together great. It really does feel different than normal shoes! I can't tell yet if it's better for me, but it definitely does feel comfortable.
Just the right shoe. I work a lot on my feet, and my feet do not feel tired at the end of the day like they used to!
Walking barefoot does not feel good to me, but this shoe somehow does. It is not too thin like some of the other ones I tried but just enough so I feel the shoe. I walked just with this for awhile now and like it very much.
I'm used to barefoot shoes, and this one is a bit stiffer than others that I've tried. I've had Vivo, I still have Within's, and this is not the most barefoot feel. They do have good traction, I'll give them that. But I need more flexibility and ground feel.
