For those who need focused attention or learn better one on one, our personal coaching sessions offer the perfect solution. A personal running training session includes all of the information covered in our running workshop:
The importance of rhythm and body language while running.
The proper leg cycle while running and how to get the most out of each stride
Proper posturing of the torso and upper limbs to conserve energy
Also included as part of the personal training package are two video analyses of the participant’s running technique: One at the end of the training session, and one after a designated period of time as a follow up to track improvement.
